I looked divorced all day. Puffy and messy hair and a beard. I'm about to shave with an electric razor for the first time
I figured out how to shave beard 🧔♂️ after 30 years of failing to accomplish it daily due to sensitive skin!
* Trim low with a beard trimmer, if necessary
* Coat liberally in pre-shave oil
* Apply canned shaving foam

Somewhat unfortunately, shaving with a real razor is better. You can spot an electric razor shave, it just looks a little off. You end up in something of an uncanny valley. Lindy

I've been shaving my head for years with an electric razor. Started out with a those rotary skull shavers but my most recent one was very, very pernickety. Did some research and trying something different: this Andis foil razor. First impressions are that it's slightly slower

I wanna write a Final Destination type horror film where there’s a scene of a guy using an electric razor to shave and falls into a disassociative state while shaving, and doesn’t realize the razor has shaved the skin off his face. When he realizes this, he’s like “AHHHHHHH!”

Got a new beard trimmer and shampoo/balm products (also have been thinking about masking my beard grays cause they are numerous & bug me more than my hair does, on the fence with that). So I am now back on a journey to a better cared for beard.
